Do I have to have insurance to receive care at an urgent care center?
Since we are contracted with most major medical plans; insurance is not required to receive treatment. Please reference the back of your card and contact customer service to determine eligibility and network benefits. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. However, payment in full is required at the time of service for private pay patients, co pays and high deductible policies.
What information do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a valid government or state issued photo ID and ALL of your insurance cards. In addition, we will ask for a current list of prescription and/or over the counter medications you are currently taking.
What can I do to pre-register?
Walk in services are available though we highly encourage a check-in time to help expedite your wait! This is something we currently do not have but would like to implement in conjunction with our EMR. To save time before coming to the Center, please print and fill out the two (2) forms below:
